Your teaching style and atmosphere of your classes is really "flowingwithlife", in all its meanings. In that you teach us to contact the inner flow of chi, and the structure of the class seems to emerge and flow as we go along, which is very wonderful. Your teaching style helps me access a clear, precise focus and awareness, while at the same time being in a state of deep relaxation and openness of body and mind. A sense of well-being is the result.

Katy

The class has such a positive and friendly feeling - re-examining familiar moves to understand Tai Chi practice more deeply or learning new forms - I am always inspired and simply feel better for it. Big thanks!
